Every piece follows a precise path: receiving the components, assembly, adjustment, inspection, then boxing. Nothing is left to chance, and every stage has its purpose.

Receiving and selecting the components

Everything begins with the receipt of the cases, dials, hands, and movements that will make up the finished watch. At this stage, each component is checked before it even enters assembly: the aim is to eliminate, well upstream, anything that does not meet the expected level of rigour. This step may seem understated, almost invisible to the end customer, but it conditions everything that follows. A poorly finished case or an imprecise movement cannot easily be corrected further down the line. That is why our workshop devotes significant time to this sorting and inspection phase, even before assembly proper begins.

Assembly, gesture by gesture

Next comes assembly itself, the moment when the movement, whether an automatic movement or a quartz movement, takes its place inside the case alongside the dial and hands. This gesture demands great care: positioning accurate to a tenth of a millimetre, delicate handling of the finest components, strict adherence to the order of operations. For an automatic movement, assembly includes fitting the oscillating rotor that allows the movement to wind itself through the motion of the wrist. For a quartz movement, attention focuses more on water resistance and securing the electronic circuit. In both cases, the watchmaker works at an unhurried pace, aware that every watch will carry this gesture for years to come.

Final inspection and boxing

Once assembled, each watch goes through a phase of quality control and warranty checks: verifying water resistance, the running of the movement, and the overall look of the case and strap. Nothing leaves the workshop without having been validated at this stage. The watch is then placed in an elegant black case, designed for the unboxing experience as much as for protecting the product. This final step symbolically closes the workshop's work: the watch is ready to begin its own story on its owner's wrist.
