All our watches are designed and assembled by watchmakers in France, in our own Atelier in Paris or in a partner Atelier in Besançon. The components used in our watches are sourced from various countries.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our watches come with a two-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Our warranty conditions
What's the difference between a Quartz and an Automatic watch?
The difference lies in the watch's power source and operating mode: a quartz watch uses an electronic movement, powered by a battery. When the battery is empty, the watch stops. An automatic watch runs on a mechanical movement, made up of a series of cogs and springs. To operate, the watch uses the energy you give off when you move your wrist or turn the crown (manual winding). Our automatic watches generally have a 30-hour power reserve: fully charged, they can continue to run for 30 hours without being worn.
Do you offer personalized engraving?
We're working on it! For the moment, however, we can't offer this service. You can always visit a craftsman or watchmaker offering engraving, once you have the watch in your possession. This will not affect the warranty, but it will no longer be possible to return the product to us.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
What payment methods do you accept?
On our website, payment is made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, via a secure payment platform. We do not accept cheques or money orders.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
It is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. However, you have 14 days in which to return products that are not to your liking. To do this, you can consult the information and conditions for returns via this link.
How do I pay in instalments?
On the payment page, select "Pay in instalments with Alma". You will then be redirected to a payment page on which you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. Here you'll find a summary of your upcoming installments. You will then receive a summary email with your payment schedule, followed by a reminder email 3 days before each due date. Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, confirming that you have initiated the transaction and that it is not fraudulent. What are the costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs are free in France and payable abroad. Orders placed before 8am are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 8am are dispatched the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays) Delivery in mainland France: approximately 3 to 5 working days by DPD. Delivery outside mainland France: please refer to the DPD website for delivery times.
How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order in your personal account. For more details, you can use the tracking number we sent you by e-mail when your watch was shipped, directly on the carrier's website.
My parcel is marked as delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?
Don't panic! If your parcel is indicated as delivered but you haven't received anything, we invite you to check with your neighbors and wait 2 - 3 days. After this time, if you still haven't received anything, send an email to contact@maisonmontignac.com, with your order number, so that we can open a query with our carrier as quickly as possible and find a solution to your problem.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What are the return conditions?
If the watch you have ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us. The items you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with no obvious signs of use. Watches must be returned to us in their original packaging, with all the elements with which they were delivered (pouch, shopping bag and certificate of authenticity). Otherwise, we will be unable to accept the return and the products will be returned to you.
How do I make a return?

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your watch is in our hands, we'll send you an email to let you know. Your credit card will then be credited with the amount of the returned watch within 15 days.
