Time may be playing tricks on your watch. Don't worry, with our watchmaking workshop, we can offer you fast, quality overhauls and repairs.

Contact us

- You can contact us by email at contact@maisonmontignac.com, specifying your order number and the problem encountered.
- If necessary, we'll send you a pre-paid return label and an after-sales service form to complete.

Preparing your watch for shipment
- Before sending us your watch, please take clear photos of the problem for your personal records.
- Pack your watch carefully so that it is not damaged during delivery.
- Include the completed after-sales service form in your shipment and attach the prepaid return label to your parcel.

Service in our workshop
- Upon receipt in our workshop, our watchmakers will inspect your watch. If your watch shows signs of impact, or if the damage is due to mishandling, we will send you a quotation.
- Otherwise, our watchmakers will repair your watch within approximately 4 weeks.

Delivery and return
- Once your watch has been repaired, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number

Preparing your watch for shipment

Inspection and estimate
- As soon as we receive your watch in our workshop, our watchmakers will draw up an estimate for the necessary repairs, which will be sent to you by email.
- Following your validation, repairs will be carried out by our watchmakers within approximately 4 weeks.

Payment and return delivery
- The estimate sent by our repair workshop must be paid before the repair is carried out.
- Once payment has been made and the repair carried out, your watch will be sent to the address given on the after-sales service form. A tracking number will be sent to you by email

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can contact us by email at contact@maisonmontignac.com, specifying your wish to return your watch. Please note that the withdrawal period is 14 days. After this period, we will not take back your watch.

Refund

On receipt of the watch, we will initiate the refund procedure. This will take approximately 10 days.

Repair time

The time required to service a watch varies according to the type of repair required. On average, it will take 4 weeks for your watch to be repaired.

We need the time to receive it, diagnose the problem, carry out the repair, ensure that it has been completed and then return it to you. This may be the case when your watch is delayed or stopped.

Please note that we keep watches for a maximum of one year. After this period, if we do not hear from you, the company reserves the right to recycle your watch, without compensation

Please note that the warranty does not cover :

The natural wear and tear of your strap: it may have a life span of several months to several years, depending on how you use it.

Defects or damage caused by water for models with a water-resistance of 5ATM or less. For watches with a water-resistance of 10ATM or more, repairs will not be covered by the warranty if it turns out that the crown was not properly engaged.

Defects or damage caused by impact or abrasion: a broken glass or a scratch is damage that can only occur as a result of impact.

Defects or damage due to normal wear and ageing of the watch, such as aesthetic alterations to the plating. Avoid contact with chemical products such as beauty creams or perfumes.

Magnetization of the mechanism, leading to erratic running of the watch.

Crowns torn off, even involuntarily. As our watches are delicate objects, we ask you to take the utmost care of them.

Batteries, which can last from 18 to 36 months, depending on the model and how you use it.

Watches handled or repaired by unauthorized persons.
