Repair time

The time required to service a watch varies according to the type of repair required. On average, it will take 4 weeks for your watch to be repaired.

We need the time to receive it, diagnose the problem, carry out the repair, ensure that it has been completed and then return it to you. This may be the case when your watch is delayed or stopped.

Please note that we keep watches for a maximum of one year. After this period, if we do not hear from you, the company reserves the right to recycle your watch, without compensation

Magnetization of the mechanism, leading to erratic running of the watch.

Crowns torn off, even involuntarily. As our watches are delicate objects, we ask you to take the utmost care of them.

Batteries, which can last from 18 to 36 months, depending on the model and how you use it.
