Delivery fees start at 4,90€ within Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and are free for purchases over 250€. Delivery fees apply outside Metropolitan France.
Deliveries via DPD offer signature upon receipt or contactless secure delivery via QR Code (depending on the option selected by the customer), as well as SMS tracking for your parcel.
Deliveries via DHL (standard or express) offer SMS and email tracking for your parcel.
International deliveries include customs fees.
Please note: our carriers allow you to track your parcel via a link received by SMS or email. With DHL, you also have the option to reschedule your delivery if needed.
Standard home delivery to Metropolitan France and the European Union: any order placed after 10:00 AM is shipped the next day via DPD and delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and exceptional periods).
Express home delivery to Metropolitan France: any order placed before 10:00 AM is shipped the next day via DHL and delivered within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and exceptional periods).
Relay Point / Locker Delivery: the parcel will be held for up to 8 business days at Relay Points and 5 business days at Lockers (subject to opening hours).
Home delivery to international destinations (including Switzerland and French Overseas Territories): any order placed after 8:00 AM is shipped the next day via DPD or DHL. Please refer to the DPD or DHL website for delivery times to your country.

Option: Shipping Protection and Insurance Against Damage, Loss, and Theft
The Shipping Guarantee & Protection is a paid option that can be selected by the customer at checkout. This protection covers any damage, loss or theft of your parcel during transit, namely:
The loss or theft of the parcel before delivery to the customer;
Any physical damage to the product during transit, rendering the product unusable (broken product), before delivery to the customer.
Shipping Guarantee Claim Conditions:
If the parcel arrives damaged, we advise you to open it in order to check that your products have not been broken or damaged during transit. Do not sign if the product has been broken or damaged during transit.
The claim period for the Shipping Guarantee is 48 hours after receipt of the parcel. After this deadline, the Guarantee expires and can no longer be claimed.
In the event of a claim under this Guarantee, proof will be required (photos, sworn statement and proof of identity — non-exhaustive list).
If the claim is approved, the broken product must be returned to us. The costs will be covered by Maison Montignac.
In the case of a valid claim, and once the broken/damaged watch has been received, the Maison Montignac Customer Service team will offer an exchange and will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
Any purchase made on our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel for a refund.
To do so, simply:
Send back the item in its original condition (unworn and undamaged), along with the duly completed return form (download the return form: HERE) ;
Notify the Maison Montignac Customer Service team at the following email address: contact@maisonmontignac.com ;
Upon receipt of your parcel, we will verify that the item is in its original condition and proceed with the refund, which you will receive within a minimum of 10 days.
Returns from Metropolitan France and the European Union are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective. In the latter case, please contact us at the following email address: contact@maisonmontignac.com to send us the necessary proof and receive your Colissimo return label.
