I.          DELIVERY

Delivery fees start at €2.99 within Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and are free for purchases over €200. Delivery fees apply outside Metropolitan France.

DPD deliveries offer signature upon receipt of the package as well as SMS tracking.

DHL deliveries offer SMS and email tracking.

International deliveries include customs fees.

  • Home Delivery to Metropolitan France and the European Union : Any order placed after 10 AM will be shipped the next day via DPD and delivered within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and exceptional periods).
  • Pickup Point Delivery to Metropolitan France : The package will be held for 8 business days (depending on the Pickup Point’s opening hours).
  • Home Delivery to International Destinations (including Switzerland and Overseas Territories): Any order placed after 8 AM will be shipped the next day via DPD or DHL. Please refer to the DPD or DHL website to find out delivery times to your country.

Option: Shipping Protection and Insurance Against Damage, Loss, and Theft

Shipping Protection and Insurance is a paid option that can be selected by the customer at the time of payment. This protection covers any damage, loss, or theft of your package during transport, including:

  • The loss or theft of the package before delivery to the customer.
  • Any material damage to the product during transport, rendering the product unusable (broken product), before delivery to the customer.

 

Conditions for Filing a Shipping Insurance Claim:

  • If the package arrives damaged, we advise you to open it to verify that your products have not been broken or damaged during transport. Do not sign if the product was broken or damaged during transport.
  • The deadline to file a Shipping Insurance claim is 48 hours after receiving the package. After this period, the insurance expires and cannot be claimed.
  • In case of a valid claim, evidence will be required (photos, sworn statement, and ID. Non-exhaustive list).
  • If the claim is valid, the broken product must be returned to us. The costs will be covered by Maison Montignac.

In the event of a valid claim and once the broken/damaged watch is received, the Maison Montignac Customer Service will offer an exchange and cover the cost of sending the replacement product to the customer.

 

II.        RETURN

 

  • Return from Metropolitan France and the European Union

Any purchase made on our website montignac.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package for a refund.

To do so, you simply need to:

  • Return the concerned item in its original condition (not worn, not damaged), with the duly completed return form (download the return form: HERE).
  • Notify Maison Montignac Customer Service at the following email address: contact@maisonmontignac.com.

 

Upon receipt of your package, we will check that the item is in its original condition and then proceed with the refund, which you will receive within a minimum of 10 days.

Returns from Metropolitan France and the European Union are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective. In that case, please contact us at the following email address: contact@maisonmontignac.com to provide the necessary evidence and receive your Colissimo return label.

  • Delivery to Switzerland and International: You pay the total amount including tax (displayed on the site), which includes the VAT applicable in your country (excluding customs fees included in the delivery).
