EPSON VX7R – Multifunction Movement

How to set time: 
(1)    Pull the crown out to position 2 when the seconds hand is at the 12 o’clock position. 
(2)    Turn the crown clockwise to set the hour and minute hands.  
*The 24-hour hand moves correspondingly with the hour hand. 
*When setting the hour hand, check that the 24-hour hand is correctly set. 
*When setting the minute hand, advance it to 4 or 5 minutes ahead of the desired time before next step. 
*When setting the hour & minute hands, take AM/PM into consideration.  
(3)    Once the time is set, push the crown back to position 0, seconds hand begins to run.  

How to set date: 
(1)    Pull the crown out to position 1. 
(2)    Turn the crown counterclockwise to set the date hand. 
(3)    Once the date is set, push the crown back to position 0, seconds hand begins to run.  
*Do not set the date hand between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Otherwise, they may not change properly. 
*The date hand will not move back by turning the crown clockwise.
