EPSON VX9J – Multi-fonction Movement 

Functions: 3 hands (hour, minute, seconds), day of the week, date, 24-hour hand

Crown operation: 

To set the time:

(1) Pull the crown out to position 1.

(2) Turn the crown clockwise to set the time.
*The 24-hour hand moves in conjunction with the hour hand.
*When setting the hour hand, check that the 24-hour hand is correctly set.
*When setting the minute hand, advance it 4 to 5 minutes beyond the desired time, then move it back to the exact time.
*When setting the hour and minute hands, make sure the AM/PM setting is correct.

(3) Once the time is set, push the crown back to position 0.

To set the date and day of the week:

    • Day correction: press push-button A to advance the day hand to the next day of the week.
    • Date correction: press push-button B to advance the date hand by one day.

*Do not set the date or day hand between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., otherwise, they may not change correctly
