This quartz chronograph is the first Sun & Moon model from Montignac. How to set day: (1) Pull the crown out to position 2 when the seconds hand is at the 12 o'clock position. (2) Turn the hour and minute hands clockwise to set the day. To set the day, advance the hour hand ahead of 24 hours per day. *Do not set the day by turning the crown counterclockwise. Otherwise, the day will not change. *The day changes between midnight and 5:30 a.m. or a little later.
How to set time: After setting the day, adjust the hour and minute hands. (1) Turn the crown clockwise to set the hour and minute hands. *The 24-hour hand moves correspondingly with the hour hand. *When setting the hour hand, check that the 24-hour hand is correctly set. *When setting the hour & minute hands, take AM/PM into consideration. (2) Once the time is set, push the crown to position 0, seconds hand begins to run.
How to set date: (1) Pull the crown out to position 1. (2) Turn the crown counterclockwise to set the date quickly. (3) Once the date has been set, push the crown back to position 0. *Do not set the date between 9pm and 1am. Otherwise, it may not set correctly. *The date hand will not move backwards when turning the crown clockwise.
